We always have Volunteering opportunities.

We are looking for more people to join us as volunteers, to help us meet increased demand. We have two or three training and information sessions per year. Email us if you would like to attend the next session.

Volunteers take phone calls, pack food, and deliver it to the referring agency or person who is in need.

As the Foodbank is only in operation from Monday to Friday, between 9am (0900) and 5pm (1700) our volunteers can either be extremely busy or sitting on their hands.  Volunteers do not visit people’s homes and only meet people in public places.

We can offer you full training, regular meetings with other volunteers, and the support of the Foodbank’s management committee and a team of volunteers who stock check dates.

You must be physically fit as the food bags are heavy.  You do not need to be a member of a church, but you do need to be in sympathy with the aims of the foodbank and happy with the fact that it is run by local Christians.

If you are interested, or have questions, please make contact with us via the email jubileefoodbankmh@gmail.com

Have you got the facilities to have a collection box at your place of work?

You can collect  food and then email us to tell us where you are. We will send one of our friendly drivers to collect it. If you can help please email us at  the Jubilee Foodbank email   jubileefoodbankmh@gmail.com

Thank you.
